Qualifications

• Masters degree from an accredited school of Social Work or Counseling degree from an accredited school.
• PhD from an accredited college or university.
• Two years or more years job related clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment, prevention/intervention, education, treatment and discharge services to adult psychiatric patients and their families.
• Attends treatment rounds and collaborates with the treatment team.
• Maintains records including psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and discharge summaries.
• Submits billing charges in a timely manner.
• Engages in community outreach, professional associations and marketing activities.
