Responsibilities

• Oversee the inpatient social work and adjunct therapy teams within the Behavioral Health program.
• Supervise milieu and service coordination and review discharge plans.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures; participate in CQI and performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DMAHS, The Joint Commission, CMS and other regs.
• Staffing, budgeting, and scheduling to meet demand.
