Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Director, OSM to lead the Out-of-State Medicaid function across multiple teams and ensure revenue targets and client outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize operations and growth.

You will partner with senior leadership to improve efficiency, develop leadership capability, and align day-to-day work with strategic objectives while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
• 7–10 years’ experience in management or supervisory roles with teams of 10+
• 6+ years’ experience in healthcare setting, IT company or managed care industry in Finance/Operations or Revenue Recovery
• Experience with client-facing roles and understanding of financials and payer contracts
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing and reimbursement procedures and HIPAA regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across the organization
• Lead multiple teams through Managers and Supervisors with clear goals and accountability
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management for assigned teams
• Manage performance reviews and accountability frameworks across leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to execute plans for client accounts
• Ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards and HIPAA compliance
• Coach and develop leadership capabilities within the team
• Support operational and business transformation initiatives
