Job summary

Ladd & Co. is seeking a results-driven origination professional to own a coverage area—one city or two and one vertical—and build the book.

This is end-to-end origination, with commission-only pay at the start and no base until earned. After the proving period you may move to a base with opportunities for increased shares and a dedicated associate to keep your calendar full, with a clear ladder to Managing Director.

Responsibilities

• Own a coverage area: one city or two and one vertical; build the book and run introduction calls.
• Surface live situations, close engagement agreements; end-to-end origination from first touch to signed mandate.
• Present mandates, run screening calls, and guide the Origination Plan until engagement.
