Job summary

InSource, Inc. is seeking a Director who will lead a major Oracle Fusion transformation and establish a centralized COE. The role requires defining strategy, governance, and architecture standards while driving enterprise-wide adoption across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.

The position calls for executive-level leadership, deep Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise, and experience building high-performing teams. This is a hybrid role with significant visibility and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale ERP, SaaS, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven leadership experience building and developing high-performing technology organizations.
• Deep Oracle Fusion Cloud experience across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, CX, or related platforms.
• Experience establishing or leading a Technology Center of Excellence (COE) or enterprise shared-services model.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), integrations, security, and platform architecture.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Strong executive communication, organizational leadership, and change management skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, automation, and modern engineering practices within enterprise SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Oracle Fusion Technology COE, including operating model, governance, standards, and delivery practices.
• Lead a multi-year Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap spanning Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Asset Management, and other enterprise functions.
• Build and manage high-performing teams responsible for platform engineering, integrations, enhancements, release management, and operational support.
• Partner with business leaders to modernize processes, improve adoption, and maximize value from Oracle Fusion investments.
• Define enterprise architecture, integration strategies, security standards, and platform governance across Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Oversee Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), platform extensions, identity management, and related technologies.
• Manage system integrators, Oracle partners, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery and execution.
• Provide executive-level leadership for program governance, prioritization, risk management, roadmap planning, and transformation outcomes.

Position Overview

The Director will lead a major enterprise Oracle Fusion transformation initiative and establish a centralized Oracle Fusion Technology Center of Excellence (COE).

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for defining Oracle Fusion strategy, building the delivery organization, establishing governance and architecture standards, and driving enterprise-wide adoption across multiple business functions.
