Job summary

Paramount is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Analytics Director to serve as the SME for reporting across Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM. You will own end-to-end reporting architecture, leveraging FDI, OTBI, B Publisher, FRS, and SmartView to deliver high-quality insights.

Lead the transition from legacy reporting to modern Fusion Analytics, define governance standards, and mentor teams. Strong SQL and data modeling are essential for reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Oracle BI/Analytics and 3+ years leading reporting in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Fusion Data Intelligence and OTBI.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SME for Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM reporting.
• Design and deploy dashboards and formatted financial reports.
• Lead governance, naming conventions, and standards for enterprise reporting.
• Manage end-to-end reporting lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
