Robert, Jr., Center for Surgical Care with the Surgery Department is dedicated to treating children with the most advanced surgical techniques, minimizing disruption to their daily lives, and ensuring a family-centered environment. The team includes over 90 pediatric surgery specialists who operate exclusively on children, with fellowship-trained pediatric anesthesiologists available 24/7 for safe, specialized care Children's National Hospital .About the Role:In collaboration with Division Chief(s) for each section and Center of Excellence (COE) leadership, plan, implement, direct, and evaluate Division activities for Children's National Hospital in accordance with accepted national standards and administrative policies. This position has primary responsibility for Division (and/or CMO) planning, budgeting, operations, and strategic growth. Integrate and coordinate the operations of the Division (and/or CMO) with other divisions and other elements of the COE and CNH enterprise.What You'll Bring:Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree Business Administration or other related discipline.
