Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance or financial services industry, with proven experience driving operational efficiency, optimizing business processes, and improving organizational performance.

This role requires a strategic leader who can translate business objectives into actionable operational plans, use data-driven insights to support decision-making, and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Lead performance management initiatives to improve productivity, service quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze operational performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
