Job summary

Wikoff Color Corporation seeks a Director of Operations Services to lead centralized support functions for quality, safety, IT services, ERP/ systems, and PMO. You will enable standardization, risk reduction, and scalable execution across sites while driving governance and performance improvements.

The role reports to the COO and leads a multi-site team, driving cross‑functional alignment with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and HR to prioritize operational excellence projects

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership across operations, quality, EHS, IT systems, or project mgmt.
Experience leading cross-functional support in industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, ERP, IT service delivery, and governance.
Proven ability to drive standardization, KPI tracking, and risk controls.
Ability to influence leaders across multiple functions and sites.

Responsibilities

Establish governance for quality, safety, IT, ERP, and project execution.
Standardize policies, procedures, and reporting across Operations Services.
Lead operational excellence projects to improve safety, quality, cost, and service.
Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to align priorities.
Ensure QMS readiness, audit readiness, and ISO 9001 alignment.
