Job summary

CCSFundraising is looking for a Director of Operations & Change Management to drive organizational change initiatives and ensure successful adoption of transformation strategies. This remote position will require you to work collaboratively with executive sponsors and lead cross-functional teams.

You will manage an enterprise initiative roadmap, prioritize work, and establish effective change management practices. The salary range for this role is between $115,000 and $135,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience, with preference for change management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate dependencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using metrics to track performance.

Responsibilities
