Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Division Director of Nursing for onsite health programs with a broad national scope and remote oversight. The role focuses on strategic direction, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and workforce health management across multiple centers.

You will lead nursing leadership, support population health initiatives, and drive performance improvements while partnering with clients and physicians to achieve injury prevention and return‑to‑work goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum RN licensed in state(s) of practice.
• 7–10 years in occupational health nursing or related field.
• 5+ years in leadership with nursing management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for onsite/near-site occupational health centers.
• Mentor nurse managers, RNs, and clinical staff to foster excellence and accountability.
• Oversee injury prevention, surveillance programs, return-to-work, and workers’ compensation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, regulatory standards, and client requirements.
• Monitor clinical, operational, financial, quality, safety, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to ensure coordinated care.
