Job summary

CU Boulder’s College of Engineering and Applied Science seeks a Director of Online Program Operations to lead cross-campus coordination for the B3 online degree programs integrated with Coursera. You will oversee shared services, staffing, dashboards, and communications across units, reporting to the Associate Dean for Digital Education.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and six+ years in operations or higher-education administration, with the potential for hybrid work and relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; six+ years in operations/program management, higher education admin, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in relevant field; PMP or similar PM certification is a plus.
• Experience supervising staff and leading cross-functional teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-campus coordination for B3 programs and ensure operational execution.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support enrollment and performance metrics.
• Manage compliance, risk mitigation, and governance processes with campus partners.
• Coordinate marketing, branding, and outreach efforts across programs.
• Oversee shared services and staffing models for B3 staff.
