AbbVie is seeking a senior leader to govern and optimize external hub vendors supporting patient services. You will provide governance, SLA adherence, and performance reviews across multiple partners, translating strategy into operational guidance.

Provides strategic leadership and governance oversight for OneHUB External Hub vendors supporting AbbVie Patient Services. Accountable for enterprise-level performance management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple external hub partners.
Leads a team responsible for day-to-day vendor oversight while maintaining direct engagement with key external hub relationships. Ensures all vendors meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, compliance requirements, and evolving business needs.
Partners closely with AbbVie Patient Services and brand stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into operational execution. Proactively identifies cross-vendor performance enhancement opportunities to optimize patient experience, efficiency, and overall program effectiveness.
Operates with strong business acumen, enterprise mindset, and disciplined governance to ensure operational rigor, financial stewardship, and sustainable performance.
