Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Boston, MA, is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology to shape and execute clinical pharmacology strategies across early- and late-phase programs, including small molecules and peptides.

You will design and interpret PK/PD studies, support dose selection, lead regulatory submissions, manage CROs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance rare neuroendocrine disease programs.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Pharm.D. in Clinical Pharmacology or related field.
• 12+ years of industry experience with global regulatory submissions.
• Proficiency in PK/PD modeling and exposure–response concepts.
• Experience with rare diseases, combination therapy, pediatric development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and interpret pharmacology studies (Ph 1-3).
• Support dose selection, exposure–response modeling, and combination therapies.
• Lead regulatory submissions and interactions with authorities.
• Oversee CROs and pharmacometric vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in clinical development, regulatory affairs, biostatistics, and non-clinical sciences.
