Responsibilities:
The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the John B Amos OP Cancer Center, IP Oncology unit, and other clinical services as assigned.
Under the Direction of the Executive Director of Oncology Services, this role has administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including management of cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient, physician and staff satisfaction, change management and any other relevant responsibilities related to this position. Serves as part of the management team promoting the mission, vision and values of Piedmont Healthcare and the John B. Amos Cancer Center, embracing a person-centered philosophy while promoting patient-family centered services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes.
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelors degree in work related field required.
Masters degree (MHA, MBA, MSHA, etc.) in related field preferred.
Minimum Experience Required:
Minimum of (3) years clinical experience and (5) years of progressive management experience required.
Minimum Licensure/Certification Required By Law:
None.
Additional Qualifications Preferred.
If RN, graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
