Responsibilities

The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the John B Amos OP Cancer Center, IP Oncology unit, and other clinical services as assigned. They will be responsible for providing managerial leadership and administrative direction for the Oncology clinical service line of Columbus Regional Healthcare System. Responsible for human resources functions, including hiring, evaluating employee performance, counseling, and termination of staff. Responsible for ensuring delivery of quality care and ensuring full compliance with TJC and other regulatory agencies.

• Masters Degree in related field of study (MHA, MBA, MSHA, etc.) Required

Work Experience

• 3 years clinical experience Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure If RN, RN Licensure by the Georgia State Board of Nursing. Upon Hire Required
• FACHE - ACHE Fellow Preferred
