Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited is seeking a Director of Real-World Evidence Research – Oncology to lead the US RWE strategy across the product lifecycle and oversee observational studies generating evidence on treatment effectiveness, safety, and outcomes.

The role partners with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, and Regulatory to drive evidence-generation initiatives from development through post-launch. Requires strong oncology/RWE expertise and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• MS.c./MPH, Pharm.D., Ph.D. or equivalent degree in healthcare with health economics or real-world evidence focus.
• Experience in real-world evidence, outcomes research, epidemiology, or health economics.
• Progressive experience in real-world evidence research and/or health economics and outcomes research in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in managing project teams for an asset.
• Sound understanding of real-world evidence research principles; ability to think strategically and make sound research and business decisions.
• Understanding pricing, reimbursement and government agency requirements in the US.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the development and implementation of US RWE strategies for oncology products.
• Design and conduct RWE studies to support oncology data generation plans.
• Assist in development of AMCP dossiers, budget impact models for managed care organizations.
• Provide data for pricing and reimbursement strategies in the US market.
• Lead cross-functional US teams to develop real-world evidence value.
• Interact with MCOs, CMS, and KOLs to deliver value messages for pricing.
• Develop communication/publication strategies for RWE/HEOR and manage study budgets.
