Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Director of Real-World Evidence Research–Oncology in the United States. You will lead the design, oversight and dissemination of observational research to support oncology assets throughout the product lifecycle, partnering with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, and Regulatory teams.

The role requires deep expertise in oncology, epidemiology, RWD, observational methods and cross-functional leadership, with responsibilities including managing budgets, liaising with CMS/FDA

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in health economics, epidemiology or RWE-related field.
• Progressive experience in real-world evidence and outcomes research in pharma.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead US RWE strategies for oncology products.
• Design and conduct observational studies to support evidence goals.
• Develop AMCP dossiers, budget impact models and payer materials.
• Provide data to inform pricing, reimbursement decisions and market access.
• Lead cross-functional teams and liaise with external stakeholders.
