Job summary

GSK seeks a Director of CPMS Oncology to lead model-informed drug development, bridging clinical pharmacology with modelling and simulation across small molecules, biologics, and ADCs. The role spans from late pre-IND to lifecycle management in a hybrid setting with on-site work 2–3 days per week.

You will develop and interpret PK/PD models, design pivotal studies, and interact with regulators to advance oncology programs while applying MID3 approaches and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• PhD or MD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, (Bio)Engineering, Statistics, Medicine or related field. A PharmD or Master's with 4 extra years may be considered.
