Qualifications
- PharmD or PharmD with licensure eligibility in Delaware or applicable state.
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency required (3 years general practice).
- ASHP-accredited PGY2 in Oncology Pharmacy or leadership preferred (3 years).
- MBA/Healthcare Admin or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmacy leadership experience in oncology/infusion settings.
Responsibilities
- Direct operational performance of ambulatory oncology and infusion pharmacy services.
- Lead Investigational Drug Services for oncology and clinical research programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Oversee medication access services, including prior authorizations and reimbursement strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial performance.
