Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Biopharma analytics leader to own performance reporting for oncology brands. You will direct the use of secondary data to surface trends, identify risks and opportunities, and connect signals to brand strategy decisions.

You will guide analysis by patient segments, oversee subnational analytics, ensure reporting integrity across the enterprise, and deliver narratives with actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, business, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred for quantitative work.
• Analytics, statistics, and/or database knowledge and experience with relevant tools and platforms.
• Prior oncology brand or pharma commercial analytics/insights exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to identify new issues, trends, and opportunities from data.
• Ability to influence without authority and set business direction, priorities, and action plans.
• Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, business, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's preferred in a quantitative discipline
• Analytics, statistics, and/or database knowledge and experience using relevant tools, applications, and platforms
• Prior experience supporting an oncology brand or franchise in a pharma commercial analytics or insights role preferred
• Demonstrated success in a highly fast-paced setting
• Ability to identify new issues, trends, and opportunities from data
• Ability to influence without authority, setting business direction, priorities, and action plans
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills with cross-functional teams of diverse colleagues
