Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MD or advanced science degree required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/medical communications industry.
• 1+ year oncology/hematology experience.
• Experience developing medical education materials for external audiences.
• Leadership in cross‑functional teams and scientific content governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead US medical and scientific communication plans and materials.
• Develop and update the US ISCP and scientific narrative.
• Deliver omni‑channel medical communications and training.
• Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs, US Medical Matrix, and Field Medical.
• Define KPIs and use analytics to optimize customer experience.
