Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive healthcare management experience.
• Experience in multispecialty clinic environments preferred.
• Strong systems framework knowledge and strategic planning abilities.
• Proven resource stewardship, teamwork, and change leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead resources across multiple clinic sites with full authority over day-to-day operations.
• Serve as administrative leader and patient advocate to ensure ethical management and excellence.
• Build relationships with physicians, leaders, external partners, and payors to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with medical staff to advance physician group objectives and patient satisfaction.
• Provide on-site coverage across three primary locations: Longmont, Lakewood, Westminster.
