Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Insights - Oncology, to drive market research strategy for US Oncology focused on solid tumors and lung cancer. You will partner with the Oncology Commercial Business Unit to inform decisions, manage vendors, and champion innovative primary research approaches.

This role requires strong leadership, deep market research expertise, and proven ability to translate insights into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience (or 7+ years with MBA/MS).
• Experience in oncology and biologic drugs; lung cancer knowledge preferred.
• Strong ability to lead, influence decisions and manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research plans and projects for Oncology to inform strategy and growth.
• Oversee vendors, budgets, plans and insights to maximize I&A investments.
• Develop innovative Customer Insights plans aligned with strategic imperatives for Oncology.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders across Oncology CI&O and Global teams.
• Synthesize data from marketing research, CI, and secondary sources to inform leadership.
