Qualifications

• At least 12 years in pharma/biotech with leadership in marketing/sales in oncology
• MBA preferred
• Strong ability to lead strategically, negotiate, and collaborate
• Excellent written and oral communication; capable of delivering complex messages

Responsibilities

• Develop promotional strategy and tactical plan for OKAL with targets aligned to brand plan
• Collaborate with brand marketing to understand indication and US tactical focus
• Lead OKAL team communications and participate in leadership calls
• Support development of overall Brand Plan and strategy for key accounts
• Manage budgets, KPI tracking, ROI analyses and program effectiveness
