Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or PharmD with extensive experience in clinical pharmacology and drug development.
• Proven leadership of PK/PD, biopharmaceutics, and pharmacometrics projects.
• Strong cross‑functional influence across R&D, regulatory, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Pharmacology/PK/PD activities for major drug development programs.
• Provide expert scientific and strategic consultation to R&D, Regulatory, and management teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across programs.
• Oversee regulatory document writing, submissions, and responses to agency comments.
• Mentor and develop department personnel and ensure high performance of teams.
