Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center, located in Savannah, GA, seeks a Director of Oncology to drive operational excellence in the oncology service line and oversee program development under executive guidance. Job Summary And Qualifications

The Director Oncology will drive operational excellence for Memorial’s oncology service line, specifically ensuring delivery of high quality, patient centered oncology care through program development under the direction of the CEO and the Regional Director of Oncology. The Director Oncology will serve as a Savannah regional leader for executing mid and long-range strategic initiatives to optimize operational performance while managing operational short-range planning and execution related to disease site performance, marketing, and compliance. The Director will assist with the development of strategic imperatives, execute the coordination of various operational initiatives and tactical plans, tracking operational performance against key performance indicators (metrics). The Director will ensure operational support to departments involved in the strategic implementation of Oncology programs, mentoring colleagues to ensure optimum team performance.
