Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA, is hiring a Manager OR Children's Hospital to plan, organize, staff and direct unit operations, ensuring efficient, quality care in a high-volume environment.

The Manager will work with the leadership team to develop plans, policies and procedures, supervise staff, and drive improvement initiatives while maintaining patient safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed as RN in the state you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State license.
• Current BLS from American Heart Association or ARC required.
• 3+ years of acute care nursing in OR; pediatric OR experience preferred; 1+ year leadership experience.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Manager OR Children's Hospital is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and directing functions to ensure the effective operation of the unit. In cooperation with the leadership team, the Manager will be instrumental in developing plans, policies and procedures to efficiently provide quality care.

What qualifications you will need:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred
• A current BLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) are required
• 3+ years of acute care nursing experience in the OR required, peds OR experience highly preferred; 1+ years of leadership experience required
