Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Abilene AI Data Center seeks a Director, On-Site Power Delivery to lead utility power coordination, HV infrastructure readiness, substation delivery, and permanent power energization across OCI campuses. This role ensures milestones, outages, tie-ins, and energization are planned and executed safely.

The role requires strong field leadership, executive communication, and collaboration with utilities, contractors, startups, controls, and operations, with 40–60% site

Qualifications

• 13+ years in utility power delivery or large capital programs.
• 5+ years leading teams, contractors, or cross-functional groups.
• Knowledge of substations, switchgear, transformers, and protection systems.
• Experience with interconnection strategy and energization planning.
• Ability to travel regularly with 40–60% site engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional utility power delivery governance across OCI campuses.
• Coordinate milestones, outages, tie-ins, energization sequencing, and recovery plans.
• Partner with utilities, contractors, commissioning, startup, controls, operations, and portfolio teams.
• Conduct power readiness reviews and energization assessments.
• Provide executive updates on constraints, risks, and recovery priorities.
• Drive consistency and accountability across power delivery teams.
