Nike, Inc. is seeking a senior design leader to drive the Innovation product vision for Sport-focused apparel, reporting to the Senior Creative Director of Olympics & Paralympics.

You will oversee a four-designer team, guiding the creative process from concept to final product, and collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, and development to deliver market-leading, athlete-focused designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Apparel, Fashion Design or related field.
• 8+ years of design experience in a related field.
• Experience translating insights from athletes into industry-defining products.
• Proven ability to inspire and lead creative teams.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Excellent collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of make and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with digital design software (Creative Suite).
• Ability to guide product creation leveraging 3D capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Drive the brand's Innovation product vision through the lens of Sport.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, development, and design partners across the women's category (footwear included).
• Present a vision and strategy for Olympics and Paralympics Apparel to leadership.
• Translate the vision into compelling designs for athletes and the future of Sport.
• Lead stakeholders and design leaders across marketing, merchandising, product management to realize a holistic design vision for Olympic athletes.
• Oversee a team of four designers, mentoring and developing their skills.
• Lead the team to deliver innovative, sport-led designs upholding heritage and excellence.
• Foster a creative environment with clear design standards and open communication.
• Promote collaboration across teams to elevate Sport Design within Nike.
• Mentor designers to advance their careers within Nike, Inc.
