Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle execution of ground-up and value-add development projects.
• Serve as the primary interface between development, design, construction, and clients.
• Drive accountability across the project team to achieve budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of construction execution, including schedule adherence and cost control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, and general contractors.
