Job summary

The Collective Blueprint is hiring a Manager of Young Adult Programs in Memphis to lead program administration, operations, and staff development. This role shapes curriculum, admissions, and quality improvements to empower young adults toward education and career success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree strongly preferred; 7+ years of progressive leadership in education, workforce development, youth development, or nonprofit sector.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams through coaching and performance management.
• Experience overseeing complex programs from planning to execution with quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Strong instructional leadership with curriculum design, evaluation, and learning experience improvement.
• Ability to build a culture of high expectations, accountability, and collaboration across staff and participants.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and cross-functional partnerships.
• Excellent strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills in fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrated use of data and performance metrics to guide decisions and improvements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of high expectations, belonging, accountability, and participant success across all programs.
• Lead planning and execution of program logistics, including schedules, staffing, calendars, events, and learning experiences.
• Monitor enrollment, retention, completion, and satisfaction; drive continuous improvements.
• Directly supervise instructional and admissions staff; coach and develop the team.
• Lead curriculum development, evaluation, and implementation across programs.
• Oversee end-to-end admissions processes and related policies for efficiency and equity.
