Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning seeks a Director of Workplace Learning to lead the training function within the Quality and Continual Improvement Department. The role ensures learning aligns with quality outcomes, compliance, and operational priorities across service lines and administration.

You will supervise the Training team and collaborate with leaders across Quality, Operations, Clinical Services, and People & Culture to identify learning needs, design solutions, and evaluate impact on practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in training, quality, operations, or human services.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs.
• Experience in regulated or multi-site environments strongly preferred.
• Experience using data to inform decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., LMS, EHR, Microsoft 365) preferred.

The Director oversees the Training team and works collaboratively with leaders across Quality, Operations, Clinical Services, and People & Culture to identify learning priorities, design effective solutions, and evaluate impact on practice and performance. Training is positioned as a core organizational strategy to strengthen service quality, consistency, compliance, and workforce capability in accordance with best and evidence based practice.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
    • 5–7 years of relevant experience in training, quality, operations, or human services.
    • Supervisory experience preferred.
    • Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs.

• Location: Hybrid, expected to be in office/programs at least 3 days per week with travel between sites
• Pay: $90,000-$100,000

• Mon-Fri: 8:30-4:30
