Altfest Personal Wealth Management, a leading independent, fee-only wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Business Development to help drive the firm’s continued growth at our Miami office.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an accomplished sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new markets, and turning opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management, financial services, or business development.
• Track record of sourcing and closing new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with financial advisors, HNW clients, or COIs preferred.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce or similar.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing a high-quality, self-generated pipeline.
• Developing relationships with centers of influence (COIs) and referral partners.
• Leading consultative conversations with high-net-worth prospects.
• Navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Maintaining disciplined CRM tracking, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
