Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of Logistics and/or Warehouse management experience required.
• Six Sigma Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations across all locations, including internal logistics, scheduling, inventory and security.
• Develop and implement KPIs for inventory and quality control.
• Foster accountability culture across all warehouses.
• Recruit, hire, and develop warehouse staff; manage performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives including six sigma.
• Ensure respectful treatment of team members.
• Grow capabilities of all team members.
• Ensure compliance with FDA policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized facilities.
• Coordinate stock transfers and dunnage returns as needed.
• Drive momentum in business operations.
