BARC Developmental Services is seeking a Department Director of Vocational Services to provide executive leadership for the Vocational Department across day program locations. The role ensures service delivery, compliance with 2380/2390 and regulatory standards, and strong relationships with funding agencies.

The director works 37.5 hours weekly, collaborates with Site Managers, CFO and Executive Director, and leads staff to deliver safe, compliant vocational services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation, Counseling, Social Sciences or Business Administrations required.
• 5 years experience in Vocational Rehabilitation and administration preferred.
• Valid PA driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Vocational Department and ensure waiver and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage contract procurement, bid submissions, and production planning.
• Maintain equitable wages and safe, compliant work environments for participants.
• Lead program staff and coordinate with site managers, CFO, and Executive Director.
