Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience on mid- to large-scale mechanical construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM/VDC workflows and mechanical building systems.
• Ability to lead teams, manage change, and resolve conflicts in complex environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with project teams, senior leaders, customers and partners.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50% for projects, training, and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Virtual Construction teams and supervisors, with responsibility for team development, operational leadership, quality, and delivery.
• Shape and implement scalable BIM and VDC processes that support fabrication and installation of mechanical systems.
• Collaborate across project leadership, operations, preconstruction, fabrication, sales, and marketing to improve virtual construction support for the business.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry practices that can improve productivity, coordination, prefabrication, and project outcomes.
• Coach and mentor VDC managers and leaders while supporting training, professional development, and succession planning.
• Represent Harris in customer presentations, proposal efforts, marketing activities, and industry conversations.
