Responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, researching innovative technologies, and ensuring manufacturability and safety standards are met. This onsite role offers growth and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required or preferred.
• 5+ years of valve or industrial design experience.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, FEA, CFD, MS Project, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of valve and actuator products from concept through production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals and budgets.
• Research and implement core technologies to maintain Bray's competitive edge.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
