The role requires extensive leadership across cross-functional teams, global collaboration, and a focus on AI-driven enhancements to the UX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 15 years of experience managing user experience teams and setting roadmaps.
• 10 years in a leadership role interfacing with senior executives.
• Experience defining technical strategy and building a team.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the multi-year UX strategy and product vision for Android Auto IVI systems.
• Deliver all partner programs with automotive OEMs and manage external relationships.
• Build and lead a global, multi-disciplinary UX team; mentor leaders.
• Advocate for AI product integration across the UX organization.
