Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the day-to-day operational requirements for all lines of business.
• Oversee third party administrator relationships to ensure underwriters' service requirements are met.
• Prepare and present comprehensive management reports for senior leadership and underwriting teams.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives for underwriting department's e-filing systems and worksite databases.
• Recruit, train, mentor and performance manage team leaders and staff.
