• Lead MBSE initiatives and system integration across NUWCDIVNPT.
• Develop execution plans and modernization roadmaps for enterprise programs.
• Advocate for investments in enterprise integration infrastructure.
• Ensure hardware, software, and network interoperability across submarine classes.
