Job summary

Utah Valley University seeks a Program Director for Research and Creative Works to provide strategic leadership for undergraduate research, creative works, and academic distinction programs. You will collaborate with faculty, colleges, and university partners to expand opportunities, support conference participation, assist with grants, and evaluate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree plus four years of related experience totaling six years.
• Three years of staff-level experience or seven years of combined education/experience.
• Knowledge of institutional policies and internal controls for grants and budgets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across campus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee URCW processes, budgets, reports and statistics.
• Provide mentoring to faculty and students seeking internal ELWD grants.
• Develop and manage grant opportunities; track outcomes and evaluation.
• Coordinate training with Teaching and Learning and other partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
