Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in chemistry or a closely related field.
• Two years of experience in higher education instructional, laboratory, academic program management, or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for undergraduate instructional program, including lecture and laboratory support, course scheduling, instructional logistics, campus coordination, and resolution of course-delivery issues.
• Directly supervise staff supporting undergraduate instruction and program coordination; recruit, screen, interview, and hire supplementary TAs and other support personnel.
• Coordinate with Disability Resources for Students to arrange course and examination accommodations, ensuring FERPA compliance and related processes.
• Analyze instructional data and trends; prepare quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports; communicate scheduling and operational matters to faculty and leadership.
