• Skills & Abilities – Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, student advocacy, decision-making, and diversity awareness.
• Supervisory Responsibilities – Supervise student leaders and organizations; present and orient.
• Collaboration – Commit to teamwork across University departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the vision, operation, and assessment of student engagement programs and services.
• Support departmental and institutional missions and advance the University’s strategic plan.
• Contribute to holistic development of students through programs, events, and leadership opportunities.
• Provide oversight and resources for clubs/organizations and campus activities boards.
• Plan and evaluate orientation and leadership programs for incoming students.
