Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• CAC-AD certification or equivalent credential.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in substance and behavioral health services.
• Minimum 5 years of administrative supervision and oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of counselors, treatment aides, and support staff.
• Deliver individual and group counseling in accordance with treatment plans and standards.
• Maintain documentation, client files, and data management per policies and funding sources.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and monitor programming trends.
• Stay current on assessment and treatment techniques, systems, and community resources.
