This position will lead our internal enterprise training strategy while building and managing our external technical HVAC training program as a profitable business unit. The role combines strategic learning and development leadership with entrepreneurial P&L management, requiring expertise in instructional design, expert‑level skills in training delivery and facilitation, team leadership, and business operations. The successful candidate will drive organizational learning excellence, ensure exceptional customer experience, and build a high‑performing training organization that generates revenue while maximizing return on learning investments across our multi‑state enterprise.
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader who demonstrates flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work well in a matrixed environment. They will develop partnerships within business units and functional areas, identify trends that present opportunities or reflect gaps in learning and development capabilities, and possess strong facilitation skills with the ability to quickly gain credibility with learners.
