Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Experience designing and building distributed systems and SOA.
• Experience with cloud computing services, preferably AWS.
• Proven record of delivering large, complex programs in regulated environments.
• Strong Agile delivery experience and stakeholder management.
• Certification such as PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma is a plus.
• 3+ years of people management or influencing an organization as an IC.
• Experience driving platform standardization across multiple product portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to TPM/Delivery strategy and scale across portfolios.
• Drive program roadmaps aligned to business objectives and technical solutions.
• Lead cross-platform technical investment planning and ensure architectural alignment.
• Act as executive escalation point for risks and tradeoffs between speed, cost, and resiliency.
• Ensure measurable platform outcomes and delivery accountability across multiple teams.
