Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA seeks an experienced HR leader to serve as Director of Total Rewards. This enterprise role oversees Benefits Management, Total Rewards, performance management, and workforce analytics for nearly 1,000 employees.

You will design and continuously improve programs that attract, recognize, and retain talent while partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and ensuring compliant, cost-effective benefits in a self-funded environment.

Qualifications

  • Seven or more years of progressive HR experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, compensation, and Performance Management.
  • Five or more years leading Benefits Management.
  • Experience supporting a self-funded health plan.
  • Experience utilizing Paycom or a comparable HRIS.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CBP, or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-division organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise leadership for Benefits Management and Total Rewards across the organization.
  • Oversee performance management, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
  • Design and continuously improve benefits and total rewards programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and executives to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA is seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Human Resources leader to serve as our Director of Total Rewards.


Reporting directly to the Vice President of People, this enterprise leadership role provides strategic oversight of Benefits Management and Total Rewards, ensuring our comprehensive benefits programs support the health, well-being, and success of nearly 1,000 employees. In addition to leading Benefits, this position oversees Performance Management, workforce analytics, employee recognition, leave administration, compensation initiatives, and related Total Rewards programs for Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA and Good Vocations.

You'll collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll, operational leaders, external partners, and the Human Resources team to strengthen organizational effectiveness and enhance the employee experience across Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA and Good Vocations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.

  • Seven (7)+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, compensation, and Performance Management.

  • Five (5)+ years leading Benefits Management.

  • Experience supporting a self-funded health plan preferred.

  • Experience utilizing Paycom or a comparable Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CBP, or similar professional certification preferred.

  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-division organizations.
