Rivetus Rehab seeks a Director of Therapy (Physical Therapy Assistant) to lead the rehabilitation team at the St. Francis site in Saginaw, MI. The role directs program development, policy implementation, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will oversee service delivery, monitor outcomes, and manage scheduling and budgeting while promoting excellent customer service within skilled nursing facilities. Supervisory experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must meet educational and state requirements for Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy.
• Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure as required by the State of Michigan
• Two years clinical experience, including one year (preferred) in a supervisory capacity.

Responsabilités

• Promotes customer service through supervision of rehabilitation service delivery and coordination with other departments.
• Implements and monitors quality improvement program and analyzes data.
• Manages productivity and workload distribution to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Participates in recruitment and retention of employees through interviewing and evaluation.
• Coordinates and participates in new program development and budget adherence.
• Supervises all Rehabilitation team members and coordinates caseload distribution.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
