Job summary

Rivetus Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Therapy (PTA specialization) to oversee all rehabilitation staff at the St. Francis facility in Saginaw, Michigan. The role focuses on program development, quality assurance, and policy implementation to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will supervise the rehabilitation team, coordinate caseloads, and drive customer service excellence while aligning with regulatory requirements and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Must meet educational and state requirements for Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy.
• PTA licensure as required by the State of Michigan.
• Two years clinical experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation staff and program delivery.
• Coordinate workload distribution to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote customer service and team collaboration across departments.
• Monitor quality improvement, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruitment, retention, and staff development in rehabilitation services.
• Manage departmental budget and productivity standards.
